Default Chainging the timing belt

I had a question..
How do I go about changing my timing belt? As in I have a mechanic that is certified. I havent asked him, but I was going to buy all the equipment necessary.
Out of all these, what do i need or is recommended to change?

Go to www.purems.com. They have an all-in-one kit that contains everything you need.
