Default changing 2.7t o2 sensor

My check engine light came on and i had it checked at autozone and they said that the drivers bank front one was bad. I looked at it and it looks pretty hard to get in there. What do i need to do to get to it?

also does anyone know how hard it is to change the valve cover gaskets. I'm planning on doing that soon because im getting the oil smell when the heat is on and i can see they are leaking a bit. Any other spots on the motor that is prone to leak oil that i should check?

Regarding your valve cover leaks:

You should also consider changing your cam tensioner seals while you're in there. Check out the tech articles at AudiWorld, there should be some good info on the valve cover gaskets. See the following for the cam tensioner seal:
