cheap K04 turbo kit?

has anyone bought K04's from this before? or does this look legit to anyone? I want K04's soon and found these to be the cheapest pair on the internet. any other suggestions for new turbos? thanks.

I've heard nothing but bad things about cheap ebay turbos. No first hand experience. I have heard that the best "cheap" K04 turbos are the RP turbos. However, they are not exactly cheap.
They have sold 29 sets of those, so someone out there has experience.

considering the PITA it is to replace a turbo, I would skip anything you aren't sure of and doesn't have a warranty. Just go RP. If your going for cheap buy some used k03s and have them rebuilt. You will probably get more life beating the bejesus out of rebuilt k03s than ebay chinese k04s
