i have a 1997 a6 2.8q. its a c4 body i just bought these headlights ask over 4 people and they all said they will fit. im still not sure if there gonna.

I am no expert when it comes to c4 a6s but I don't believe those will work. The eBay listing should have been more clear, C5 a6s were made from 97-2004, 97(in Europe). So the European 97 A6 can use these headlights, but the US 97 a6 can not.

yea definatly gunna have to say those will not fit your audi.. sorry bud. i would refund asap. and p/s to jeffla..the european a6 c5 body style was till o3 not 04..... have a good day.
