I have 19" on my 2003 4.2
I am up in Milwaukee so I dont know how well a ride would work. I can tell you that I do not notice any harshness in the ride. I actually like the steering response better with the 19" wheels. Also offset is important as he standard +35 offset of most wheels tucks the rims way back in the wheel well. I have spacers on my current wheels to get them to a +20 offset.

no the wheels fit just fine. I just didn't like to look of the wheels tucked under the car. I put the 15mm spacers on and now the wheels are almost flush with the fender flares. I'll post pictures soon.
