Chipping a 13 year old vehicle is just asking for expensive problems. I did mine at 70K and still wiped the clutch and flywheel. At this point it has 227k miles and is prepped for a quick 2000 mile run to FL this weekend. She is still a solid runner, but...the turbos have been leaking lightly for the past 60k miles and could go at any time. It has your 6-speed. Hmmm, interested? I might then be in the market for a 2012 S4.
