Code 0068 MAF/MAP sensor
My check engine light has been on and off for a few weeks, finally had a friend plug in his computer to find the code. It said 0068 MAF/MAP sensor Throttle position correlation. It's a 2006 A6 Avant.
Any ideas what this means. The car runs perfect and have not seen a change in gas mileage.
Thanks in advance!

It could be a few things.
First clean your MAF sensor and the terminal that plugs into it make sure the female connectors are tight and I slide a nail file over the male connectors to scratch them up a little then apply dielectric grease to keep moss from forming.
If that doesn't do it try this;

If your still having problems your MAF may be bad but it's not running like crap sounds like it could just be a loose connection and the computer is loosing signal once in a while.
I had the same code and replaced my MAF but it ended up being the throttle control. My rpm bounced up and down in the morning and the car was jumpy off the line. After i cleaned it it's been great. I notice any time it gets really cold I loose connections on something or another.
