The codes just will not stop!!!
Thanks to you all I have been able to fix most of the issues with this car. Just as a refresher I have a 2003 Audi A6 Quattro 2.7t automatic with 147k miles on it.
I am still getting constant error codes and a 3 beep error that only happens when it's cold outside (50 degrees or lower). When it's above 60 no beeps at all.
O2 heating error bank 1 sensor 1.
O2 heating error bank 2 sensor 2.
Cylinder 1 misfire...
Cylinder 2 misfire.....
Cylinder 3 misfire.....
Clutch positioning sensor error.
With in the last 11 months I have replaced these parts.
1) All 6 coils (OEM latest revision part)
2) All 6 Plugs - Bosch double platniums
3) All 4 O2 Sensors and O2 sensor fuse.
4) new tires and brakes.
5) Secondary Water pump and all carbon fiber lines.
6) Crank shaft positioning sensor
7) Temp sensor
8) Fuel Pump
I was told buy 2 different mechanics that I trust that the CATs are getting clogged and I am getting to much blow back causing all these issues and the other one says it's the EGT sensors are forcing the car to run rich which is causing the misfire and issue with the O2s.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated. I am tired of throwing money at this car.
