ok so i got my coin tray in my 99 a6 jammed and i was just wondering how i take the whole tray out to get the coins out from behind.. i know that i have to take the trim piece off for sure but idk after that.

 

You need Radio keys to remove the coin tray. you only need two of them as appose to the 4 that you need to take out the radio. If you look at Boston Drivers writeup on fitting an Escort radar detector then he deals with removal of the coin tray and cup holder.
