Anyone know how to remove the small tray in the left center top of the dashboard of a 1999 A6? I use it to hold coins and some have dropped into the back of the tray and now it won't close properly. Thanks- steve c

 

Pry off the face frame, carefully w/a plastic putty knife.
Then you'll see the clips that hold the entire unit in the dash opening.
Once removed, you'll have to disassemble the unit from the bottom to remove the drawer from the housing.
Good luck and go easy, not to break anything.
