i just recently purchased a 2001 audi a6 and the ac doesnt work..the previous owner stated to me that the condenser is bad and also that something is always moving when its not suppose to and know since looking into the car ive realize that the condenser fan is always on as soon as i turn the power on in the car is it suppose to always be on??? i am thinking not but idk much about audis....another issue that is bothering me is i cant put the security code in the radio... i know your suppose to press p-scan and rbds at the same time and wait till 1000 comes up but it never does...i need help!!! i usually mess with hondas so bare with me!!!

On the AC - Sounds like you may have a fuse or relay that has gone out. Look in your manual and see of any of the fuses are bad.

Radio - what does the radio say, I have a 98 and it says safe when the code needs to be entered? Do you have the radio manual?

 

yeas the code needs to be entered...but when i go to press the buttons so that the number 1000 comes up it doesnt do it...ohhh okay ill check the fuse out tomorrow....on the audi the only fuse box is located on the driver side door or is there also one in the engine bay???
