Has anyone done it? Are the results good? Where can I go to get custom leather installed, or like a suede piece of leather in the middle of the seats?

You should be able go to google and search out "custom upholstery ________", putting your city and state in the blank, and something will come up, or at least your state, so you can find something in a neighboring city. It's not inexpensive if you go to a good shop, but the money spent will be worth it. Most good shops can do whatever you'd like done - suede, novasuede, alcantara, or leather inserts, custom piping or stitching, etc. Keep in mind though that this stuff isn't cheap anyhow, and it's likely to be even more when doing an Audi, due to seat-mounted airbags and heaters that they have to be careful of. But if you want to spend some money, they'll do whatever you want, and do it well.
