dashboard light

I own a 1995 a6 avant 2.5tdi.
How to replace the dashboard lights? I need to dismount the whole dashboard or I can reach light froma different way?

Are you sure it's the light and not the switch?

No, sure are the lights ... some are weak and other don't work ..
