Default dashboard light behind fuelcomputer. Help

Hi,

well I replaced some of the light bulbs in my dash and when I put everything in place I noticed that the light from my fuel computer ( consumption, average consumption, average speed, fuel left in tank, etc...) is out ( 1996 A6 ).
I took the dash back out but cant realy find a bulb that lights the fuel computer.

Can somebody tell me how I can fix this .

Thanks

Stef

Well I can't find anything that might hide the light bulb. It looks like I will have to open up the dashboard and weld a new light on the inside.

Is there anything I have to pay extra atention to when I open the dashboard ?

Yeah I was thinking of that too but the problem is that led's work on 3v and the computer light is probably 12V so I would need to install a transistor between it.

but thanks for the help
