I haven't driven my '99 A6 Avant for several months(Torch converter took a crap) and the battery(fairlynew) ran down. I charged the battery and it runs but like crap. I have a Ross-tech dongle and the latest ross-tech software and have used the Vag-Com in the past so I know how to clear codes and other minor things, but need the steps to reset my engine. This happened before and my Audi mechanic reset the engine.

Can anyone help me on a weekend?
