On accelerating pulling away i get a clicking noise? someone suggested it might be the differential, (noise only comes from the one side) any ideas

What is a good price for a 60,000 cambelt change in the UK? R- 1998 2.4 V6 what else should i replace at same time? water pump?

 

Sounds more like a cv joint. Try driving in a tight circle in both directions. If the noise becomes more pronounced you definatly have a bad cv joint.
