My current 2012 A6 3.0T factory warranty is about to end in the 2nd week of Jan 2016. When I called Audi dealer, they said Audi doesn't offer any extended warranty and provided quotes from the 3rd party. Is that true ? If so, Can I go with the 3rd party company ? Attached are the different available plans they have provided . Please advise if they are worth to consider as per the below pricing .

Also, Any advice on how long I can keep this vehicle before it's getting ready for repairs ? Current mileage is around 39k. I bought it brand new from the dealer.
