Tried to get the car inspected, and like the title says, the ECM isnt sending any power or info to the computer/scanner. Plugged it into a second scanner today, still no luck. I got an appointment on Monday at Audi, but any ideas on what Im in for??? Did some searching through manuals, wiring diagrams, fuses, the OBDII plug itself, everything passes the visual test. My dreaded guess is a new ECM, but I don't know for sure.

BTW, car is a 01 A6 2.8L..
