A large leak should be pretty easy to find, more than likely the gas cap. Put your nose as close as you can to the fuel door and open it, if you can smell gas the cap is leaking and should be replaced.
If nothing is found there you probably have a large hole in an evap line somewhere. An often location for a large leak is right behind the right front wheel, the lines run right next to the wheel and sometimes the wheel kicks crap up there and damages the line so check there too.
