I need urgent help please. as embarrasing and frustrating as it is, my 2000 Audi A6 took me half of a short distance and went off. Every effort to restart it failed. This is not the first time though. It's been this way for some weeks now and day by day, the distance it covers before doing that keeps reducing. I observed it just seems like the car is trying to protect itself. After it does this, it would take close to an hour before it starts again. I spoke to my Tech guy and he said it is the "engine sensor". Please what does that mean and secondly; I don't trust him much.
