So this light is on. The car runs fine and I have no power loss that I can seem to feel. I would just run it on and have it taken care of but the guy in town who I am told is the best wants $135 just to tell me whats wrong...I have no problem paying $135...but I don't want to pay $135 and have them tell me its an easy fix I can do myself. Plus there is no way in hell Im gonna pay $135 to have a code checked...How do I find out what is tripping the EPC? I just got new brakes and I read that maigh have something to do with it? Total noob here. Thanks Much! No problem with being under the hood of a car just looking for a little nudge in the right direction. Can I buy a code checker for this?
