Exterior/interior/engine mods
First of all since you drive an Audi everything is expensive- but try here:
http://www.giacusa.com/
http://www.awe-tuning.com/
http://www.goapr.com/Audi/index.html
http://www.gmpperformance.com/
Those should be a good start. Since yours is a 2.7T your only limits are your imagination and your wallet. The mods you can do are plentiful. Something else you should consider. When you do go fast mods don't forget the brakes, suspension and cooling. GL
- oh yeah, I'd start with the bottom end (ie- rods, pistons, crank)and exhaust first. A good turbo back exhaust along with proper tuning will amaze you.

This is a 2 grand start....
400-600-ECU chip (Vast or GIAC for sure)
250-300-Diverters (need2 - $130-150 each)
50-60 - filter (cut a hole in the bottom of your air box to get more air flow with out getting an intake)
400-500-Vast Tip chip (Get it from VAST!!! contact prince. http://www.vastperformance.com/contact.php
65-70-samco throttle body boot(do it your self)
http://www.awe-tuning.com/pages/shar...IL=Samco%20TBB
40 - snub mounthttp(prob would get this put in)http://www.goapr.com/Audi/products/engine_mount.html
_____________
1550-1600 MAX
350-bipipe http://www.goapr.com/Audi/products/bipipe.html
(if you want to skip the throttle body boot you could go for the bipipe.. heating might be an issue without cooling. This is also something that you would be able to put on yourself.)
_________
1900-
This would get you a pretty quick a6 2.7T and could smoke a good bit of street cars. The exhaust and down pipes aren't really needed until you try to push more power. Yes you will be missing the sound but who cares when you are getting it.
I'd say worry about that next if you would like to put more money into it in the future.
For something a little cheaper I would go with the diverters / ECU chip - 900-1000
The mods I listed above are basic do it your self mods. Where you get caught up in audis is the labor for the parts you buy. Sometimes being equal or 2 times the item you bought. You are looking at 4-8 Hours for the exhaust and downpipes in labor alone... 8 most places. Get those replaced at the sametime if you are going to go that route to avoid double labor...

Hey joe whats going on bro, I would say the snub mount is semi hard to put in. Here are detailed instructions from APR. http://www.goapr.com/Audi/support/index.html(under a6 / snub mount). I would say if you feel good about doing the work def go for it. Resaults are worth doing, car is def smoother after adding it. Put a great overall feel to the car.
recently had a snub mount replaced on ours, the best time to do it is when the TB service is done, as the nose really needs to be in the service position for this project, otherwise it's a real PITA.
Exterior mods would include the obvious of wheels, but since you have a 2.7, you can upgrade to the all-road/S6/4.5 door blades, trunk spoiler (RS6 style, and BMW M style are very common), there are some body kits available.
As others have said, it's all about your wallet and how deep it can go.

hey mach1usmc he asked for some inexpensive mods. Your suggestion to start by rebuilding the bottom end will net him a bill at his local indy shop of about 3x what he paid for the car. Rebuilding the 2.7t is an amazingly involved process, which starts with pulling the engine. Start out small. Maybe some chip tuning, darintake, upgraded diverters. Dont go crazy all at once, you wont appreciate the subtle differences yourupgrades have made.
