I didn'tsee any info on the wheels origin/manufacturer and country... I would get more info... I would try to get a European made with certifications like TUV... Some chinese wheels for exmaple are known to manufactured with lower standard and to crack/break... Our cars are havy so you won't a good strong wheel. hartmaan has real nice replicas manufactured by one of the four main and best wheel manufactuer (RH, ROnal, BBS...)... Also some look cheap and not as nice on our cars, which are classy luxury vehicles.

I was looking to buy Velocity Motoring RS4 replicas but they are on back order everywhere and wont be here until mid of May. Any places you guys know that still have it and its available. I tried Velocity, PURE MS and modbargain but they all said the same thing that it'll be available around mid of May.

All of a sudden Velocity is out of stock everywhere.

Although I know someone on this forum with them and has no complaints so far, the velocity RS4 are chinese wheels and I personally avoid them.
Consider Hartmann instead, probably 900-1000/set

Why don't you just get OEM RS4 rims directly from Audi?Don't bother with the risk of knock-offs, especially knock-offs from China.

I might end up getting hartmann since Velocity are not even available until may end and I just found a nail in one of my tires. Tire is fine but I think as soon as I take the nail out, I'll end up replacing that tire.

Depending on tire wear it is not suggested that you replace only 1 tire on a Quattro. Instead you have to replace all 4 tires. If I recall correctly all 4 tires have to be within 3/32 of an inch or you will damage the Quattro system. If the tires have more than 10,000 miles, it is probably a good idea to replace all 4.
