Hi, I just bought 2000 a6 quatro 2.8. How do i turn on fog lights?
also how do i check trans. fluid?

To turn on the fog lights you must first have the headlights on by turning the switch clockwise. Then pull the **** to the first position and you'll turn on the fog lights. Pull again to the second position and you'll turn on the rear fog light.
Unfortunately there is no easy way to check the transmission fluid level, presuming you have the Tiptronic gearbox. You need to lift the car and make it level, remove the transmission fill plug and feel with your finger if you are close to the top of the filler. If low you will need a small hand pump to add fluid. Be sure to only use the Audi ATF specific to your car.
