Default Fog lights bulb to match 6000K HID headlights?

OK so I finally ordered a HID conversion kit with 6000K bulbs. Now what brand/model of bulb should I stick in the fog lights so that it's not fugly with the diamond white headlights? Stock are defintely yellowish. I'd rather not convert the fogs to HID as I think it's a little useless, unlesss it's as cheap and uncomplicated as doing the headlights.

Thanks!

what year audi is yours? i put HIDS in my fogs, there 4500K and look nice. mine were really easy all i had to do was take off the front two grills in front of the fogs, unscrew the fog lights housing from bumper with two screws, pull them straight out and put the bulbs in, i mounted the balasts way in the back on the bumper with one of the sticky pads and there still working after 5 months. i would get a kit from www.kusoz.com ive gotten all mine from there and all my friends have too and ive had a set from him for 2 years and never one problem. unless you wanna stick with cheap then dont. but his are 130 + s&h which is great for how long ive had mine. if you want i can post pictures too.

1999.

I'm definately interested in seeing pictures.

The fog light housing is water tight and deep enough for HIDs? How bout the optics ( ie light beam pattern ) ? I'd really like to get 6000Ks identical to my headlights if I'm going that route.

Otherwise, how bout halogens that put out similar coloured light?

Thanks!

ok so you have a 99 well mines a 99 as well and im planning on taking mine out tomorrow, and sell them, there4300k and ive only had em 5 months, reason imdoing this isbecause i bought 03 a6 headlights with bi-xenons and there so nice that i dont want hids in my fogs anymore, i want the stock look... but what i did with my fogs is broke off the glass dome that covers the projector, mainly because it was so stone chipped all the light was scattered.. now i have a really nice flat line, and more light on the ground. as for the water tight seal on the back of the fog light, just remove the screws and let it sit on the bumper. i had to leave mine off because the back of the hid bulb stuck out so far it wouldnt screw back on, unlessyou makea hole in the back of the water tight seal it would work, but i was to lazy. i personally have had no problem with these being like this, the back of it just sits on the floor of the bumper doing no harm at all, they've had no problems and dont come close to getting wet ever. the wiring of it is a little tricky and ill take pics tomorrow in the light of where the connections go. if you want i could sell you my hid kits if you want 4300k.. just lemme know, ill sell em cheap since there 5 months old.

get some Nokya Headlights 6000k ones are nice, I opted for the 2400K (gold) color BUT the 6000k's are nice.
look on google you'll see alot of people showing the difference between HID and Nokya, you'll even see some pictures of people who have Nokya On the fogs and 6000k real HID'S on the regular headlights.

I'm too lazy to search now, but If you can't find it I'll be glad to help.

I do have a HID H3-6000K kit if you want it.
I accept paypal, brand is irrelevant they are from china but are nice, I can send you pictures and everything.
They are new, I have a pair on my car that have been on there for about 4 months now.
I just bought the Nokya's though becuase I didnt want 2 sets of HID's on my car.

and yeah its easy to install HID fog's, its the same deal as the regulars.

Alexfunari: How much do you want for the fogs? And the bulb isn't too long for the housing you're sure?
