front passanger door problem

front passanger door problem

Hi I have an A6 1.9 tdi and my front passanger door wont open all the others work fine i notice when i press the key fob the button moves about 1/8 th of an inch any suggestions or anyone else had similar probs.

Pulling the interior door handle twice should open the door regardless of wheter the lock is open or closed. Sounds kinda like your door latch might have gone south.
