Default Front passenger window problem

Hi, I have a 2001 Audi A6 and i am having a problem with my front passenger window. When I use either the drivers door switch or passenger door switch the window starts to slow down and get stuck and then automatically go back down. I have tested the motor and I know that it is not the problem, and there are no weird noises or anything. How do I find out what the problem is? Is it the plastic brackets or the window regulator? I don't want to buy a part and have it be a different problem. Your help is greatly appreciated, thanks

Thanks, I guess I will change the plastic clips first and if that isn't the problem it must be the regulator right?

The color of the ones I replaced was blue and the new ones were like a pink. At least now I know what to do if that problem arises again.
