Default fuel warining light
Hi,

Im am wondering how much fuel is left in the tank when fuel warning light comes up. I own audi A6 2.5 tdi year 2000.

I think once it beeps there is a gallon of fuel left. I know that it rings once the miles covered count has gone
down to 30miles so a gallon give or take

my 1997 A6 warning light comes on at 1/4 tank fuel..The tank capacity is about 20 gallons, so that leaves about 5 gallons of fuel when the light comes on

In mine its about 2 gallons. So, it looks as if there is variation in the exact level.
