Default full tune up requirement check.

what is required in a full tune up?
this is what i think, tell me if i miss something

1.spark plugs (i replaced them abt 10k before so should i replace them again or should i just clean them, also i never torqued them so is that bad?)
2. air filter
3. cabin filter
4. fuel filter
5. check fluids and refill
6. oil change
7. check for vac leaks?

8. oil change place is recommending a fuel service where they "chemically clean ur fuel lines, a lot of smoke will come out of the exhaust but ur car will run better and give better gas mileage" (to me sounds like sea foaming it for 140$ is it worth it?)

does this sound rite? alsoo im getting timing belt replace. is it something super hard or can the oil change place do it? they said they can do it for 250 and audi dealer said 1100. so BIG difference in price so shuold i be worried getting it done for oil change place?

Are you sure it's the timing belt... sounds like they might be talking about serpentine? 250 just about covers the materials never mind labor ... Timing belt job is around 800$ more or less .... I would run

Get it done at a european shop. A shop that knows the Audi engines. They should be able to do it for 1000 parts and labor. If you bring your own parts you run the risk of the mechanic not accepting a claim once and *if* something goes wrong AFTER the service. Say the mechanic offers a one year warranty, within 3 months your water pump might fail due to improper fitting or just wear the mechanic will not accept the claim because it wasn't his water pump an he might not even honor his own labor.

My advice go to a European shop. If they say over 1000, laugh in their face an walk away. Unless its the dealer lol. I got my 2.8's belt changed for 1300 including valve covers, can adjuster seals, brake fluid, power steering fluids changed. Or just 900 for the belt and it's assessories.
