Is it possible to convert to AWD/Quattro?

 

It would be a pretty extensive job as you would need to swap quite a bit of parts including drive-line, computers, gas tank, exhaust, suspension, etc. If you found a cheap wrecked quattro model that matches your car it might not be so bad.
Note: Be forwarned that most people will tell you to sell your car and buy a quattro...which I know isn't always an option.

On the other hand if you relishpain, suffering, and frustration along with unknown challanges take a shot at it!

But if you reallylike that type of thing, you might consider taking on a challange like curing cancer or eliminating World Hunger.
