gas in the car but still say 0mph???

Default gas in the car but still say 0mph???
when my gas light was on, i went and put gas in my car but the gauge and the computer didn't read it. So i went back and added more gas!! guess what it still isn't reading. any answers?[:@]

did you turn off the car as you were pumping gas? My 96 does not quickly show moregas in the tank if its still running as i pump it in. eventually it will though.

yes i beleive so. check page 2 of this forum it is under "a6 recal jy" ? i think. maybe that would help.
