2001 audi a6 with 90k....lately i noticed while driving also while parked idling...when i press on the gas im assuming the pedal may be sticking or something because the engine is rev like so....2.7t engine...i was in traffic one day and it was stop and go..all of a sudden my car jus keeps acting like it wants to take off full speed...at one point i had to turn car off and restart in middle of traffic...anyone experience this?? automatic trans too...

 

I haven't had the issue, but I would start by checking the throttle body.
