Hello, I accidentally attempted to start my car when the ground wire was not fully attached. The car used to turn over but now when I attempted to turn the key it does not even turn over. Did i really do some damage to my electrical system? Can i fix it somehow?

 

I wouldnt think it would do any damage whatsoever, just the car wouldnt start with the ground wire disconnected, you may have to recharge the battery but i dont believe it would cause any problems
