Default headlight bunk?

Howdy,2001 A6Quattro driver here. Passenger-side low beam is out. I have HID lights, so I bought some from lightbulbs4cars.com... replaced it (without touching the bulb) still not working. What does a girl have to do to get that light up and running again? I love my car, but I can't see paying dealership prices to have it check and repaired.....it's a HEADLIGHT! I want to fix it myself. Any help would be so very appreciated.

Well to see if it is a problem within the wiring somewhereor a bulb you could take the one out of the drivers sideand place it in the passenger side to see if they sent you a defective bulb (it does happen) then go from there, no need in fixing something that isn't broken (hopefully) [sm=signs003.gif]

Thanks, I'll call up the Audi dealer tomorrow and see what I can find. I'm really really hoping this is going to fix it. I can't stand the thought of buying a whole new assembly... [:'(]
