Headlight Washer Cap Replacement

anyone know where i can get a replacement headlight washer cap? I found some on ebay but thats 20$ in shipping from china :-[

I've only seen them on ebay! I kinda have the same problem! Need one of the caps for my rim but rarely find only one! Can buy 4 for $30 and by $25 to ship but not worth that in IMO!

got it from YBH Audi here in PA - for $17.00 - Courtesy painted for free

Million dollar qustion is how to install it - can't seem to do it and have not found the answer here yet
