I have a 02 A6 2.7tip. I have the back of the drivers side head light assembly removed. I have the red plug wire that connects to the bulb off, but cant get the old bulb out. There is a black disc holding the bulb in, does that twist off???????

 

if you have the Xenons then after you've taken that red plug off you have to take off the bulb holding screwishing thing. just turn it counter clockwise and pull it off with the bulb.

 

its kind of a bitch to get back on so be patient with it and line it up correctly
