My glove box lid is hard to close, it almost feels like theres somethiing in the hinge even when its totally empty. I researched a bit and people are saying there is a problem with the brake and lubing it sometimes solved the problem. Exactly where is the brake and is it accessable without removing the door? Should I just lube the hinge areas on both sides? \

let me know what you find. Mine has always been hard to shut. Never cared enough to figure out why. But since you are, share your info when you get it.

 

I only care because I have a feelign that if I dont fix it it will break, which wont be any fun.
