Default Help please, I made a big oops!

While I was attempting to replace the cam seals on the passenger side head on my C5 2.8l my cams turned and since the cam tensioner tool was still on the head it appears that it has jumped timing. Can someone link me a good source for how to completely re-time the cams on this motor? Right now the timing belt is off of the car with the crank lock bolt in place. The exhaust cam has turned about a quarter turn counter clockwise. I know there is a way to re-time the cams I just do not know how to do it. BTW I do not have a bently manual for this car. Any assist would be very helpful.

Thanks in advance
