160 labor (2 hrs)
$480 total but my current shop would have been cheaper

yeeeaaa man, thats some better prices there! I will have to shop around for this one, never have done anything like that to my own cars, how much skill level would you put the boot,brakes,and rotors on an audui from a scale of 1-10. 10 being the hardest

Brakes on a C4 A6
Front brakes: difficulty 3
Rear brakes: difficulty 4 (requires special tool)
CV Boots: difficulty 5, maybe 6.
To bad you don't live in Sac, i would do all of that labor for you for $150.
