Idle problmes, no lights but pulled codes

Idle problmes, no lights but pulled codes
The ohter day the car was idling weird and when i went to restart it droped almost to the point of stalling.
No lights on or anything i checked with Vag and have the following codes
P1141-which is sitll appearing when i go to clear the codes
P1129
P1127
I checked everything and all the hoses etc. seem to be on tight but I still need to try and find a vac. leak. Is it commen for the MAF to go out on the 2.8? I've got 78K miles on the clock.
Also when I shift to/from park and drive/reverse there seems to be a rather large jerking and more of a clunk than before. Could this also be related to a vac. leak? Or Should I try to change the ATF fluid?
Can you guys also tell me what this is? I've never noticed before but lately its been starting to make a clicking noise.
