Hey guys, I'm a new member and I have a question for everyone. I am thinking about purchasing a pre-owned 2008 A6 3.2 quattro that has the technology package included but does not have navigation. I was wondering if I can take the car to a dealer and have them install a nav system including the color screen in the instrument panel that gives you turn by turn directions, mp3 track readout etc. Can they do this? If yes, how much do you think it will be.

Get a aftermarket nav/dvd/mp3 system.. they are cheaper and much better.

 

You say there are better aftermarket options? I'm considering a pre-owned A6 but I'm not partial to the 1980's technology screen in the center of the speedo/tach - is there a replacement for that too if I don't go with the NAV option?
