Default Interior door panel removal

Can anyone please provide details on how to remove rear interior door panels on 2000 A-6 2.7 turbo so I can access power window motors?
Thank you in advance,
Kurt

Remove the two philips screws at the top corners of the panel. They are at the very edge of the door. After removing both, pull straight up hard on the door handle. (Pull straight, but be careful of the cables that are connected.)

No problem. If you haven't done it yet, here's a video:

a6Qtro,
Thanks for the video.
In addition to the Philips screws, are there any metal or plastic retaining clips like there are on American vehicles?
I don't want to break anything during the removal process.
I couldn't see any clips in the video but there must be some way to hold the panel against the door or is it held on by adhesive?
Thank you
Kurt
