Default Interior Pillar Cover Removal

I have a 2000 A6. How do you remove the interior covers for the pillar between front & rear seats. The upper cover is fabric covered & has the seat belt strap through it. The lower cover is plastic & runs from the floor up to about base of the window level. I haven't spotted any fasteners, so I suspect they may be snapped into place. or must I remove adjacent covers to get access?

you may see a bit of lettering on the top of the panel that says SRS airbag or something like this. you may notice that this is like a cover if you pop it off there will be a screw under it.

Remove the trim that runs along floor carpet edge then lift UP and the pillar pops right out. Check for water under your carpets while you're down there.

Thanks for the pointers. Keeps me from breaking the hidden clips as I go. I hope no water, but...
