Hi i am new to Audi. Bought my wife an A6 quattro 2013 and tried an oil change last night. I jacked at the proper jack point with a floor jack but i heard some plastic possibly cracking. I backed off and did not see any damage. Is there some support you use between the floor jack and the jack point? The A6 seems to have a "slot" in it that the trunk jack fits. Anything that i need with my floor jack to do it safely?
