Default Keyless Entry Problem

Hey guys, I'm new here, so sorry if this problem has already been answered somewhere else, but from what I've searched so far, I haven't come across it yet.

Anyways, I recently got a 2013 Audi A6. Just 2 weeks after getting it, some idiot hits me. Obviously, I send it in to the shop to get fixed. Upon getting the car back, my keyless entry stops working. The remote works fine: the car starts, pushing the buttons to lock/unlock works. The keyless entry, however, is not working, despite working fine right before I sent it in to the shop. It was only there for a week and a half. I tried with both my keys, and neither worked. If this has happened to anyone and they could help me out, I would really appreciate it.
Thanks

Edit: Also, it doesn't work from any of the other doors either.

Fist, you should check if your central locking system or central convenience system ( depend on the model ) as been change cause if so, you need your key to be reprogram. I'm not sure about your A6 but mine ( b5 A4 ) is located inside the rear passenger side fender. Change mine couple years ago .. I used my vag-com cable and software to reprogram it .. or you can go to the dealer ... good luck .. but just in case, did you try changing the battery of the keyless ... can be as simple as that sometimes ...
