01 a4 keyless entry problem

2001 A4 1.8T. My keyless FOB will engage/disengage alarm but not door locks. Those have to be opened manually. Interior electronic locks also do not work. Any thoughts?

The locking pump, either has a leak, or is broken. It's a vacuum pump, so any holes in the line will kill it.
