Larger wider wheels on 08 A6

Can anyone tell me if the OEM S5 19x8.5 ET32 rims with 255/35/19 tires will work on a 2008 A6 Avant. Will they rub? I know I need hub bore spacers. Stock rims are 18x8 ET43 with 245/40/18.
