Hi everyone. My car is a 2002 A6 3.0 Quattro. My question is:

What is the best lowering spring to use to get the maximum drop and still maintain a decent ride?
(I don't want a ride like a 10 ton dump truck.)
Also, what is the largest diameter wheel size I can run on a lowered a6? 19's or 20's?
Widest wheel size? 8.5"?
What's the widest tire I can fit and what's the correct backspacing I should look for?

H&R will lower more than the Eiback, especially the race version.
20's fit but IMO stick wiht 19's, even those will make for a harsh ride and watch for pot holes!
245/35 fit.... some guys put 265/30 in the back on 9.5, with 235/35 in front on 8.5

I'd stick to non stagerred, 18 or 19 X 8.5 with 245's
