About 40% of the time the right low beam zenon headlight does not properly aim itself (height) after turning on the headlights. The left one always goes to the correct height. The right one when not aimed is always lower that he left one. The aiming self diagnostic is not triggered at all as no error or malfunction is presented.

Anny ideas?

 

I have the same issue with mine on occasion. Check the connector on the back of the headlight housing. Try a contact cleaner and some di-electric grease (white lithium spray works great).
