Lease Buyout
#2
If they aren't able to sell it to anyone they will lower the price. If they can sell it at the price they want, the will. For example, when I bought my A6, I got it for $1400 off because no one was buying it as it was a MT6 A6 which not everyone wants.

Just offer to buy it for a certain price (fair one ofcourse) if they say no then act like you're going to buy a car from them for MUCH cheaper. I did that with my Nissan Xterra during my lease (6mo into it) and they fell for it! They called me back 2 days later and offered a price lower than the actual buyout price (but more than I offered), I think I save around 1-2k.
Just try it out and see.
A few things to keep in mind.
1. This will work... Don't say because its a Nissan it's different, in fact, this was a 1st gen and only 6 months into the lease and I made the offer while hundreds of other people were on a waiting list for the same (top of the line model) X.
2. They'll take more money than less. I think the Frontier was like 5-6 grand less.
3. You probably wont get a deal off the rip, they may have to call you back.
